If you are a single man over 18 in need of shelter between November and April, call the Baltimore County Department of Social Services at 410-877-8463 and ask for a referral to our cold weather program. You must have a referral to be considered for a bed. We do not offer Code Blue shelter.
We offer a 20-bed shelter for men every cold weather season, open 6:00pm to 7:30am (unless inclement weather hours are in effect). These beds not only provide warm food and shelter to our homeless neighbors, but also act as a starting point for case management into employment, housing, and other needs to get out of homelessness. Each evening the shelter is open, one of more than 35 meal teams of churches, work groups, friends, and neighbors serves a meal.
